Sorry for the second video post in a row.  I'm in a bit of a slump.  I have 18 days until my month long trip to Mexico. (Yes, its still on!!) and i am rushing around rather like a chicken with his head cut off.  But i loved the clothes in this music video. (i think that's a House of Holland polka-dot skirt)

My cotillion dress. LOVED IT! it's black velvet with a silk ruffle. Vintage of course!

I DIE! My beloved sport. What can i say? I started it out of love of water and continue it for my love of six-packs.  Seriously, go to a swim meet. If you're lucky there will be a couple of buff butterfliers (sexiest to watch when done properly) and i PROMISE you will enjoy it.

I am in desperate need of advice!!  I am having a birthday party with my three best girl friends and i don't know what to get ANY OF THEM!!!! and our party is on FRIDAY!!! i am fully in panic mode!

E- is a crazy, loud, wiry, and so much fun. she sometimes thinks she is an old black woman. 

C- is quiet, cynical, cute, and always there for me.

M- is a fashionista(like moi), and has always got something funny to say.

We always laugh together, never go to sleep before 5, and know each other much better than the back of our hands.

Today my mom dropped a hint that my best friend who moved away to Dallas (okay so it's still in the same state, but it is so very far when you don't have a car.) and i almost fainted, right then and there. i can only write gibberish to express my feeling of tear-inducing joy!!!! dfofhfoshobdafoabfoaeYAYskihfosdgoabgapg!

The Nerd Emerges

Okay.  I am one of those intense Harry Potter nerds.  Like i have it bad.  I have the tribute cd's and i re-read the books OVER AND OVER and over and over...  I dress up to go to the movie on opening night (sorry no pictures) and i convince talented artists to draw the dark mark on my forearm; this results in me spending the rest of my day "cursing" my brother, and playing dress up with the occasional evil witch pose. 

This is magic^ :)
